Staying on top of current trends, buyer behavior, inventory, interest rates, and local market conditions is incredibly important. What worked a year ago—or even six months ago—may not be the right strategy today. **LOCAL KNOWLEDGE** I know the Phoenix area beyond the numbers. I work throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and the East Valley, helping clients understand not only property values, but the communities and lifestyle that come with them. **STRAIGHTFORWARD ADVICE** My clients can expect honest communication, strong negotiation, and advice based on what I believe is in their best interest, even when it isn’t necessarily the easiest answer. For me, real estate is ultimately about helping people make smart decisions, whether that means buying a first home, selling a longtime property, finding the perfect Arizona vacation home, or building wealth through real estate. Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband to new countries, discovering great food, hiking, working out, and watching sports.
