I have been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1998 and currently serve as CEO and Designated Broker of AZ Real Estate and Property Management (AZREAPM), a full-service Real Estate brokerage and Property Management company serving clients throughout Arizona. I began my Real Estate career in Northern California, where I also worked as a loan officer and developed a strong foundation in lending, finance, and Real Estate transactions. Over nearly 28 years in the industry, my experience has grown to include residential and commercial Real Estate, investment properties, leasing, brokerage operations, and Property Management. I am licensed in Real Estate in Arizona and California and am also licensed in Sonora, Mexico. I have served as an Arizona Real Estate Broker since 2009 and also hold an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance license. This broad background gives me a well-rounded perspective when helping buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners evaluate opportunities, understand their options, and make informed decisions. In 2009, I co-founded AZ Real Estate and Property Management. As CEO and Designated Broker, I oversee our Arizona brokerage and Property Management operations while remaining actively involved in sales, investment strategy, market analysis, compliance, client service, and the continued growth of our company. I also serve as an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business (AZREB), where I enjoy sharing practical, real-world experience with current and future Real Estate professionals. I believe continuing education is an important part of staying sharp and providing clients with knowledgeable guidance in an ever-changing market. My approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, provide honest advice, and focus on what is best for the client. Whether someone is buying a first home, selling a longtime property, growing an investment portfolio, or looking for professional Property Management, I work to make the process easier to understand and less stressful. I value long-term relationships and want my clients to feel comfortable calling me well after a transaction closes for advice, market insight, or help with their next Real Estate decision. Outside of Real Estate, I am the proud father of two children and am currently taking flight lessons toward becoming a licensed pilot. I enjoy Jeeping, outdoor activities, travel, and aviation.
