Hello! I’m Lacey Daebel, and I’m so glad you’re here. My real estate career started as an investor, owning and managing my own rental properties, multifamily investments, Airbnbs, and long-term rentals. That experience shaped the way I approach real estate today: I look at every property not only as a home, but also as an investment and an important part of your overall financial picture. Before becoming a Realtor, I was part of a team managing a multimillion-dollar multifamily fund with 680 units in Texas, investing in large multifamily syndications under SEC regulations and working exclusively with accredited investors. Today, my husband and I run a real estate business here in the Valley, where our team specializes in residential real estate, off-market properties, and creative financing. Having experience on both the investment and residential sides of real estate gives me a different perspective when helping clients buy or sell. I’m analytical when it comes to the numbers, strategic when it comes to negotiations, and always focused on making sure the decision makes sense for my client, not just the transaction.
