About Matt Katie

We are a family owned business based out of Surprise, Arizona. As full time agents we are here to serve in all aspects of real estate. A big part of our lives is sports! Matt was drafted 5th overall in 2009 to the Baltimore Orioles for baseball and I was a top collegiate pole vaulter who graduated from Oral Roberts University. Fun fact, I also had a short run with the USA Bobsled team in 2010. We have found key aspects that made us successful in sports are also very helpful in real estate when helping others. Success in sports isn’t just about talent, it’s built on discipline, preparation, teamwork, and the determination to keep going when the outcome is uncertain. Those same principles are the foundation of how we approach real estate. As athletes, we’ve learned that every goal requires a strategy, consistent effort, and the ability to adapt when challenges arise. We bring that mindset to every transaction, working together as a team to advocate for our clients from the first conversation to the closing table.
