As a Founding Agent of SERHANT. Colorado and co-leader of The Valor Group, I bring nearly two decades of real estate and homebuilding experience to buyers and sellers throughout the Denver Metro area. Over my career, I've personally helped clients navigate more than 500 real estate transactions totaling over $270 million in sales volume. Before joining SERHANT., I founded and operated Valor Real Estate, where our brokerage completed more than 1,100 transactions and over $609 million in sales. What makes my background a little different is that I've spent years on both sides of the real estate business. Prior to founding my brokerage, I held several leadership positions with Oakwood Homes, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Operations. That experience gave me an inside understanding of how builders price homes, structure incentives, negotiate contracts, and bring new communities to market. Today, I use that knowledge to help my clients make smarter, more informed real estate decisions.
