Sally Mabadi is a luxury real estate broker with Compass and the founder of The Mabadi Group, serving Evanston, Wilmette, and Chicago's North Shore. The Mabadi Group, which she founded and leads, includes 10 licensed agents, each assigned to the communities they know best. Buyers working with Sally get a broker who spent 10 years in management consulting at Hewitt Associates before moving into real estate — a background in listening first, building a plan around what the client actually needs, and executing on detail. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Macalester College. Her stated mission is to build long-term client relationships rather than transactions. Sally lives in Evanston with her husband, two sons, and two Newfoundlands. She is the former PTA President of Orrington Elementary School, former Board President of Unity Nursery School, and a board member of the Woman's Club of Evanston.
