I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in the Twin Cities South Metro for more than two decades, and I’m with Coldwell Banker Realty. My home base is Lakeville, Apple Valley, Eagan, Farmington, and Rosemount. I’ve lived in the Lakeville area for 30 years, and I’ve sold a lot of homes in each of these communities. When you work with me, you work with me. You won’t be handed off to an assistant or a junior team member once the paperwork is signed. I check in with every client at least once a week, by phone, text, or email, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening. For sellers, I price homes based on real data, not on what you want to hear. Some agents quote a high number to win the listing and then ask for price cuts later. I’d rather give you an honest number up front, built from recent sales, current competition, and how buyers in your price range are actually behaving. Then I market your home hard: my own listing photography and video, a dedicated Google Ads campaign for your home, social media advertising, and direct outreach to agents who have buyers looking in your area. For buyers, I help you understand what a home is really worth before you make an offer, including condition issues that don’t show up in online estimates. My job is to help you make a smart decision, not just a fast one. Outside of real estate, I’m a professional music photographer and co-host The Home School Podcast, where we talk about buying and selling homes in the Twin Cities.
