Ethan Shell is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Belmont, and now serving buyers and sellers throughout the Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston county, Lincoln county, and surrounding areas. After beginning his real estate career in the Greenville, South Carolina area, Ethan helped more than 60 clients buy and sell homes before returning home to North Carolina. That experience gave him a strong foundation in negotiation, marketing, communication, and guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Ethan’s approach is simple: be honest, be direct, and work hard for the people who trust him. Clients appreciate his calm demeanor, straightforward advice, and ability to make the process feel clear instead of overwhelming. Whether helping a seller position their home properly or helping a buyer understand the market, Ethan focuses on protecting his clients’ best interests from start to finish. Before real estate, Ethan attended Appalachian State University, where he studied Strength and Conditioning. His background in athletics shaped the way he works today: disciplined, competitive, reliable, and accountable. Outside of real estate, Ethan is a husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and cheering on the Appalachian State Mountaineers.
