The Parrett Group is a family-founded real estate team in Grove City, Ohio, now with Cutler Real Estate. Connie Parrett started selling homes in 1978, and she still leads the team today. Since then we've sold 1,801+ homes in more than 60 Ohio cities and towns, 1,074+ of them in Grove City. Since 2000, no agent or team has sold more homes in Grove City than we have.* We don't list your home and hope the right buyer finds it.
