As co-founder of the Gerchberg Real Estate Team at KW Empower, he’s closed over $130 million in luxury homes, condos, and new construction, delivering white-glove service with strategy, style, and a smile. His path began at Temple University as a physics major, took a turn at Apple, and led him to what he loves most… working with people, solving problems, and elevating the client experience. Known for his local expertise, tech-savvy approach, and clear communication, Eric brings a sharp eye and steady hand to every deal. When he’s not working, you’ll find him exploring the city with Melanie, their son Lev, and their dog, Prudence.
