Lyman was born and raised in Northern Utah, primarily in Orem and Provo, where he grew up in a large, close-knit family and developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors. From an early age, he enjoyed camping, fishing, biking, and hiking throughout Utah’s mountains, experiences that helped shape his love for nature, community, and an active lifestyle. After graduating from high school, Lyman spent a decade living in Seattle, where he gained valuable life and professional experience before eventually returning to Utah and settling in Southern Utah. There, he built a successful 20-year career in retail management, where he honed his leadership skills, strengthened his commitment to exceptional customer service, and discovered a true passion for helping people. Over the years, he fell in love with the unique beauty, welcoming communities, and endless recreation that Utah offers. Lyman’s transition into real estate began when he worked as a Real Estate Assistant. This experience gave him a behind-the-scenes understanding of the industry and confirmed his desire to pursue real estate as a full-time career. After earning his license, he committed himself to guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
