Real Estate is a PEOPLE business! What I thrive on the most are people - building and nourishing relationships with colleagues, clients and friends. My edge is my enthusiasm in tackling challenges. Real Estate is like a giant jigsaw puzzle...very stimulating! Education is another attribute. I met my Husband John at U of Colorado, Boulder in 1969. He had a great opportunity to open his own chain of retail costume jewelry stores in Southern California, Earringtree Inc., which we operated from 1974 to 1988. We then moved to Hawaii to raise our two girls. I (Bobby) trained and worked for the top Real Estate brokerage in the Islands, earning "Top Lister" and "Top Producer" for over eight years. My mentors stressed education...'Knowledge is Power'. I have earned my GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute degree), CRS (Certified Residential Specialists degree) in 1993 - which fewer than 4% of ALL Real Estate licensees Nationally have received, and I am an Associate Broker. We became 'Zonies' in 1995 and I have continued my passion as Realtor, in the Valley of the Sun. The major keys to my success have been my professional ethics, knowledge in Residential Real Estate Market , and wonderful friends and family support. Plus my affiliation with HomeSmart Elite Group!
