About Anne LaPrade

Proudly a fourth generation Arizona native, I am and currently entering my 25th year as a Real Estate Agent in both Arizona and California. My real estate career began in 1990 with a land developer, SunCor Development, where I was the Director of Broker Marketing for ten years. In 2000, my husband was transferred to Orange County, California, and I was sad to leave Arizona but began a new chapter by becoming a licensed California Real Estate agent and learning a completely new real estate market. In 2004 we were transferred back to Arizona, however, my business relationships with California agents have continued and I return to Orange Country periodically to keep the agents there abreast of the Arizona real estate market and increase my referral business. We settled in Dana Point, CA because the local high school offered a wonderful theatre arts program, (SOCSA) South Orange Country School of the Arts, that my son attended. Theatre was new and exciting for our family and I jumped right in and joined the SOCA foundation of parents and began making new friends and raising money for this wonderful program. As a side note, my son is now entertaining the world and is presently performing in the Broadway show, Beauty and the Beast. Returning to Arizona four years later, I threw myself into the exciting 2004 Arizona real estate market, and have never looked back. Being a Frank Lloyd Wright enthusiast, my passion is finding unique homes with a modern and artistic flair for my buyers. I pride myself on remaining calm, keeping my clients informed and happy, and always putting my clients’ best interests first. Surrounded by a large family and lifelong friends, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Arizona is so beautiful and I feel grateful for every day that I can share with my clients along with the many areas I can introduce them to.
