About April
Moving to the West Valley, or moving within it? Either way, I get it. This is a big decision, and you want someone who’ll tell you the truth. I’m April Bernd, a Realtor® with eXp Realty, and I’ve lived in the West Valley since 2004. I’ve watched Buckeye, Goodyear, Surprise, and Waddell grow from open desert into some of the busiest new home markets in Arizona. I know which communities are still building, how the builders compare, and what the sales office leaves out. Here’s what I do best: New construction. The builder’s agent works for the builder. I work for you, from picking your lot to the final walkthrough. Multigenerational homes. Next Gen suites, casitas, and floor plans with real separate space for aging parents or adult kids. My own family has lived this, so I know what actually matters. Selling the home you’re leaving. Before real estate I was a professional photographer, so your listing will look as good as your house does. Relocating from out of state? I’ll give you the plain English rundown on neighborhoods, commutes, and HOAs, and walk homes for you on video so you can decide from wherever you are. I’m also a mom of four and a dog mom, and I run on Dr Pepper. I’ve seen it all, and nothing about buying or selling a home will rattle me. No pressure. Let’s talk about what you actually need.
