About Arlee

Arlee has spent her life studying, acquiring, appreciating, and selling her passion: fine design and unique lifestyles. From her early days at UCLA where she studied environmental design, to her days selling Knoll residential and commercial furniture, to her own firm – It’s All About Time, LLC, – which managed outsourced concierge and management projects for more than a dozen high and mid-rise residential condominium communities, Arlee has shared a keen appreciation for design and managed to couple it with her professional approach to customer relationships. In her current position Arlee specializes in historic and urban lifestyle properties – single family homes, condos, and town homes – in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. She is an avid collector of contemporary art and photography, and has been a longtime member of Contemporary Forum and InFocus support groups at Phoenix Art Museum. She, her spouse Phyllis, and Terriers Henry and Lucy, live in a historic home in the Del Norte neighborhood. Arlee will make it her personal mission to help you locate your own perfect lifestyle environment here in the Valley.
