About Ben

Ben Brooks has been helping people buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties since 1997. With the concentration being single family, residential real estate, he has also sold and leased large office, restaurant, and retail buildings. Ben prides himself on representing his clients as if they were his own family, making sure they are protected throughout their entire transaction. Ben started his career in Salt Lake City, Utah in manufactured housing. Within one year, he was managing several dealerships in multiple states in the South West. He then relocated to Las Cruces, New Mexico and St. George, Utah to manage dealerships for publicly traded companies. In late 2001, Ben relocated to Tempe, Arizona and studied for his real estate sales license. He has been licensed in Arizona since 2002 and managed over 40 other licensees with his first brokerage. He started Equitas Real Estate Group in 2007 after receiving his Broker license. As Designated Broker and Owner of Equitas Real Estate Group, Ben has more control of how his brokerage runs and how his clients are treated.
