Real-estate is about building relationships and having the ability to listen to your client. I take pride in understanding all the wants and needs of my client and deliver quality service. I have a great support team here at Coldwell Banker. Our marketing and technology are second to none which we provide to you for successful transactions. My previous experience in law enforcement includes working in police, adult & juvenile probation as well as firearms instruction. This has prepared me for skills in negotiations, case file confidentiality, contract writing, interviewing techniques and communications. I also have extensive experience in marketing, informal family counseling, retail and business management. I apply these skills and more to my real-estate business to deliver a positive experience for my clients. Being able to handle tough situations by finding positive solutions is a key part of being successful. As a husband and father of three, I enjoy all the time with my family, making wonderful memories, watching my kids grow and being able to travel with them. I'm also involved with the community as I volunteer with Core 5 Flag Football by helping coach my son's team ages 11-13 yrs. I continually work on improvements in my knowledge and career in real-estate. I've completed Home Partners of America and Leaders Edge Training for additional continued growth. I'm part of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Arizona Association of Realtors.
