I am a REALTOR® with West USA Realty and co-founder of Those Hauptmanns, a husband-and-wife real estate and home services team. With nearly 20 years in real estate and more than 500 transactions, I bring extensive experience across traditional sales, luxury homes, investment properties, new construction and distressed sales. I serve buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix metro area, with deep roots and extensive experience in the West Valley, including Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Surprise and Waddell. As a former REO agent, I spent years managing complex transactions, negotiations and property preparation. That experience gives me a unique perspective on how to position a home, prepare it for market and maximize its value. Through Those Hauptmanns, I work alongside my husband, Steven, a licensed, bonded and insured handyman. This gives our sellers a unique advantage when preparing their homes for market, from identifying worthwhile improvements to helping tackle repairs and updates before listing.
