About Dawn

Motivated, Driven, Successful, Available, Dedicated, Hardworking, Integrity. Let me introduce you to a Real Estate star, Dawn McDowell! Dawn possesses a creative, passionate, untiring desire to serve you in all your real estate needs. As a successful self starter, Dawn entered the real estate market in 2005. While many realtors struggled during the recent economic crisis, Dawn worked steadily and hard, helping minimize losses for clients selling and maximizing gains for those purchasing. Dawn McDowell’s success is due to her diligence, hard work, and communication. It’s enabled her to find the perfect properties for her clients and to pass savings on to them as well. As a former loan officer, Dawn has the unique experience of knowing ‘all the angles’ on what it takes to get to escrow and to buy and sell a property. She is versed in the banking and real estate language and prides herself on making sure she is available to help you with your real estate needs 24/7. Dawn graduated with a marketing degree in 2000, became a licensed Registered Nurse in 2010 and has been working in Family Real Estate long before she was licensed. Whatever job Dawn is doing it shows in her commitment to “above average work” and it remains apparent in everything she touches today. Dawn is not satisfied unless she gives an “A” effort toward everything she does. What started as a desire to help with the family business in property management, quickly took hold and transformed itself into a real estate passion. Dawn fell in love with the ability to help people realize their home dreams!!
