I love Arizona! I was transplanted here in 1959 at the ripe age of 7. As Phoenix grew up, I did too. I became a Realtor in 1983 and have been in Real Estate ever since.I have specialized in management of Arizona single family rentals since 1983 as well. I have managed all types of rentals in Phoenix, however I now specialize in single family homes valley wide. My husband, Bill and I formed dj&bj Inc. DBA Advantage Arizona Real Estate & Property Management in 1998. We highly esteem and respect our clients. We strive to give them the most professional advice, services and up to date communication that keeps them informed and in the driver seat of their income investment properties. Bill and I are also active as volunteers for a number of local organizations. We enjoy supporting animal and people rescues through our local church and other organizations that put people and pets first. We have two horses and three dogs. We love to camp, fish, hike and travel. We count our clients as friends and blessings!
