I'm a REALTOR® with HomeSmart NEXT in the Phoenix East Valley. I work with buyers relocating to Arizona, second-home buyers, first-time buyers, veterans using VA loans, and homeowners preparing to sell. I moved from Ohio to Chandler in April 2014 and got my real estate license that September, so I know what it's like to make this move without knowing the area. Whether you're relocating or buying a second home, when you're out of state I'm your eyes and ears on the ground. I coordinate your inspection and attend it, then video call you before the inspector leaves so you can ask questions while they're still at the home. I also attend the final walkthrough for you. Before you start shopping, I'll connect you with a lender so you know what budget to search in. I also have vendor partners for painting, electrical, remodeling and other work, so buyers can get a new home ready and sellers can take care of odd jobs before listing. If you buy a new build, I'll remind you at month 10 to schedule a home inspection at month 11, since many builder warranties run one year. For sellers, every listing starts with a pricing plan built on local comps and a staging consultation to prepare the home for photos and showings. Every listing gets professional photos and video, its own property website, and a spot on the MLS (which feeds Zillow, Realtor.com and many other sites), plus paid advertising and social media promotion on top of that. I hold open houses, and when your home is under contract, I meet the appraiser with a packet supporting the contract price. I track listing views and show you how your home compares with nearby listings. I've sold 130+ homes across Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley, and in the White Mountains communities of Pinetop, Lakeside and Show Low.
