About Me I’ve been a full-time REALTOR® since the late 1980's, with a career rooted in leadership, integrity, and results. As the founder and operator of Arizona’s largest residential real estate brokerage, I oversaw more than $1 billion in annual sales volume until selling the firm in 2008. After the sale of my firm, my commitment to the industry continued through service as President of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service in 2009 and President of the Arizona REALTORS® Association in 2011. I currently serve as the Designated Broker for West USA Realty located in Phoenix AZ, one of the largest brokerages in America. Beyond credentials, I bring a thoughtful and analytical approach to every client relationship. I value the uniqueness of each individual and believe trust is earned through patience, listening, and respect. My demeanor is calm, collaborative, and non-confrontational—yet I’m persistent and principled when advocating for what matters.
