Eileen served as the Vice President of Professional Development for three large national franchises for a period of 5 years while living in North San Diego CA. As an almost 25 year veteran in the real estate market she knows what works and what doesn’t to sell homes and how to get top dollar for her sellers and how to negotiate the best sale price for her buyers as a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) As a residential specialist she has developed a completely unique marketing system for her clients. It works! Her system has helped over 595 families achieve their real estate dreams! Eileen is a 3 year resident of Surprise, before settling down with her husband Glenn of 41 years she moved almost every year starting on the east coast naming 4 states as home she also spent a year in Venezuela, South America before settling in California for 42 years. She and her husband are proud of their two daughters and four grand children which Eileen says is her greatest joy. Her competitive sales spirit started early when she began selling tomatoes on the side of the road from the family garden in Minnesota. Never afraid of hard work Eileen took on a paper route in Lake City, Minnesota’s brutal winter temperatures. Eileen has spent 6 of her past real estate years leading three large franchise companies as the Vice President of Professional Development as well as having held the position of Branch Manager and Multi Branch Manager, she missed working one on one with families. When she moved to AZ three years ago she has stepped back into day to day sales to make a difference for families needing assistance with buying or selling their home. Eileen has always been on the top producer list regardless of which company she sold since 1996. She is a proven professional and has gained multiple real estate designations and certifications allowing her to assist her clients to a much higher level. She holds the following designations: CRS – Certified Real Estate Specialist ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative CNE – Certified Negotiation Expert GRI – Graduate of the Real Estate Institute Placing her in the top 1% nation wide for her education level. Although Eileen did not stop there she went on to become a founding member of the Worlds Number One Leadership Author and Coach John C. Maxwell team as a certified coach, trainer and speaker. Eileen also became certified as a Speaker and a Sales Trainer with the Brian Tracy Organization.Eileen has been the recipient of many awards and honors, however Eileen says that is yesterdays news and today we are on a new day and what we do today matters most. She feels it has been a great day when her clients send her testimonials and are extremely happy with the service she and her team provides.
