JEN JOHANSEN: I am an experienced licensed Realtor® in the state of Arizona, formerly with West USA Realty. I know and love Arizona. The town of Flagstaff will always feel like home since I grew up there and much of my extended family still lives in that area. I have lived in Kansas, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Tucson, Flagstaff and have experience with several of the Phoenix Valley neighborhoods including: Vistancia, Stetson Hills, North Scottsdale, Arrowhead Ranch, Norterra, Tramonto, Sun City West and Anthem. Here’s a little more about me. I am proud to say that I am connected to some amazing non-profits. I gladly give of myself, my time and my money to help support the following; Trevor’s Vision is making a difference by feeding the homeless in Phoenix, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is fighting for a cure, Barb’s Dog Rescue lends a helping hand to abused and abandoned dogs and the House to House program with 1MISSION is building homes for families in poverty. Being able to give to those in need with every house that I sell is a personal goal for me. I love that through my clients, I can help build community in Arizona and beyond. When I was in my 20s, I spent 6 months backpacking through Central America, experiencing real poverty in Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua. Those experiences helped to shape the person I am today. I have a heart for those in need, especially animals and people in poverty. These days the city of Anthem is the place that I call home. My husband and I have chosen to raise our family there. The North Valley area around Anthem is rapidly growing offering many great services and options for young families and retirees. Family time and making memories together are so important to me. I love that I can take my little boy on family bike rides to our neighborhood playground, hike local trailheads, visit the dog park or play pickleball together. I am pleased to share that I am the Anthem Community Neighborhood Specialist and a Relocation Specialist serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix Valley, even those moving from out of state. Plus as a member of HomeSmart - The Awesome Agents I have connections to agents that are Certified REA Home Staging Consultants, Green Energy Audit Certified and Professional Negotiators.
