About Jennifer

Real Estate Agent & Luxury Home Specialist Born in beautiful La Jolla, California, Jennifer spent her earliest years living in La Costa, California, with her parents before moving to Salt Lake City, Utah. She still treasures her time there, where the breathtaking Wasatch Mountains and memorable days in Park City created some of her fondest childhood memories. At just two years old, a simple Shetland pony ride at Knott’s Berry Farm sparked what would become a lifelong love and passion for horses and animals. Jennifer began taking Horseback Riding lessons while attending high school in Scottsdale, Arizona, and continues to ride weekly today. She balances her equestrian passion with a thriving Real Estate career, finding renewal and inspiration in the beauty of the outdoors. Whether she is at the barn riding or spending time with her two beloved Standard Poodles, Jennifer values the peace, beauty, and connection that come from being outdoors. Jennifer began her Real Estate career in 2010, working alongside her mother, Charlene, as both a Real Estate Assistant and Licensed Real Estate Agent. Over the past 16 years, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the Real Estate business from managing complex contracts and coordinating home searches to guiding clients seamlessly through the buying and selling process. Her meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and calm, reassuring demeanor make her an invaluable advocate for her clients in today’s dynamic market. Jennifer is committed to providing a level of service that is thoughtful, responsive, and highly personalized, with every detail handled with care. Since 2010, Jennifer has also served as an assistant to her father, Mike Malaska, who has been recognized among the Top Golf Instructors in the world and is a recipient of the PGA of America’s highest honor, PGA National Teacher of the Year (2011). Working alongside both of her parents has given Jennifer a unique appreciation for professionalism, client relationships, discipline, and the importance of building a reputation based on trust and excellence. Having moved multiple times throughout her youth including spending three years living in Japan. Jennifer understands firsthand both the challenges of relocation and the excitement of finding the perfect place to call home.
