About Joann

Joann has been selling real estate since 2001. She began her real estate career in Northern California where she owned and operated her own successful office, employing and training several agents. After visiting Arizona for a number of years, she and her family decided to call it their home in 2007. She became a broker in Arizona in 2009 and worked with a brokerage for a number of years before deciding to restart her company from California, Boyd Realty and Investments. In 2018, her youngest son Ryan joined the family team after graduating from Grand Canyon University. They opened RE/MAX Cornerstone in Cave Creek. As local Cave Creek residents for nearly 15 years, they are excited to work in the Cave Creek area with the RE/MAX brand behind them. Joann is a hard worker, who prides herself on going the extra mile for her clients. She has obtained her Graduate, Realtor Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Risk Management certifications and is a licensed Notary Public in Arizona.
