I have worked professionally in real estate since 2002. I have built my career with the changing market working closely with distressed sellers, investors and bank REO properties in addition to traditional buyers and sellers. After spending several years in my career as a "Million Dollar Producer" and working with a team in 2011 close over 600 transactions. I decided to spend time in 2013 as a distress property negotiator and REO manager. However, my desire to continue to work with clients and help them achieve their goals has lead me to manage my own brokerage and team. In addition to being a Realtor Associate and Branch Manager I have also served in the real estate finance industry as a loan officer and credit specialist. Besides helping educate clients in real estate, I myself spend a large portion of my career in eduction myself. I hold several prestigious designations including: -Certified Distress Property Specialist (CDPE) -Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) -Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS) -Certified Short Sale Property Expert (CSSPE) -Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) -Military Relocation Professional (MRP) -Certified Default Advocate Training (CDAT) I have been a "Top Producer" several years during my career and continue to work hard to be part of teams that are in the top 10% of agencies nationwide.
