About Judith A

I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2010, actively working with buyers and sellers across the Valley. I joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in January, 2016. The world of real estate is changing faster now than ever before with the rapid advancements in technology, consumer awareness and purchasing habits, and then of course the perception and reality of the economy. I take great pride in learning and understanding the market at all times while staying cutting edge in the market place with early technology adoption, social media awareness & efforts, and outside of the box innovative marketing techniques. I believe there is a dream home for everyone and that real estate can sell in any market condition at a fair price and timely manner with proper and professional execution.I have lived in the Phoenix Metropolitan area for the past 25 years. I have extensive knowledge of the Phoenix area concentrating in the North Phoenix and West Valley areas. I understand the importance of having a competent, well qualified real estate professional there to ensure a smooth transition. I am a mother of one daughter and the grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters.
