I’m a Realtor with nearly three decades of experience, from the fast-paced Bay Area market to Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix, the Valley I’ve always called home. While I’ve earned my share of sales awards, I’ve built my business around something far more important: relationships. Most of my clients come through referrals from past clients and trusted colleagues across the country, and I consider that the greatest compliment. I believe good real estate advice starts with honesty. I’m direct, I tell my clients what they need to know, even when it may not be what they hoped to hear. I approach every transaction with integrity, discretion and a strong understanding of the market. For me, real estate has never been simply about selling homes. It’s about people, relationships and being someone my clients can trust when the decisions really matter. How long have I been licensed? I got licensed in 1998 in California where I worked in the fast-paced Bay Area. I then got my Arizona license in 2015. I am a full-time professional. What makes me different from other agents? I have a tireless, patient, and no-pressure approach. I am attentive and responsive. I make things happen based on my clients' needs and time frame. I stay current with education to be the most knowledgeable advocate for my clients. I serve on the local Association Government Affairs Committee which keeps me at the forefront of what is happening in the Valley. What kind of clients do I serve? I have worked with high net-worth clients as well as first time buyers, relocation buyers and probate. What is my Professional Philosophy? I believe in accountability and quality service in a professional and friendly manner. Good communication is key to making each real estate transaction a positive experience. My greatest reward is knowing that my clients are happy at the end of our transaction. What are my primary markets? I grew up in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Arcadia. They are my main markets along with Biltmore. I also serve Carefree, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills and have helped first time buyers and assisted probate clients in outlying areas of the Valley.
