About Juli

Juli has over 25 years of experience in residential, sub-divided ranch, new construction, and rentals and oversees remodeled properties in Utah, Arizona & Wyoming. She has a passion and love for the industry, but the people and results matter most to her, which made it an easy decision to leave corporate America and get her real estate license in 2020. It’s not unusual to find Juli working late nights and weekends guiding her out-of-state and local clients through smooth and seamless transactions in a difficult market. Her results speak for themselves as she continues to receive referral business and recently a five-star rating. It is important to Juli that her clients know and feels they are the only one that matters with her undivided attention. It’s not a surprise that she has achieved her personal goals along with contributing as a key player on the Stringham team which hit the Chairman Circle Platinum Award at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services 2020. When Juli is not working you will find her entertaining family, friends & clients here in Scottsdale, AZ, and in Wyoming.
