I have been in Real Estate for Over 16 years, a broker for the last 6. I am currently an associate Broker with HomeSmart. I am varied in my sales experience. My work back in the early 2000's provided me with extensive knowledge and experience when I closed approximately 120 short sales per year. After that. I not only did my own closings when the market was flooded with foreclosures, I was employed by other agents to do their Short Sales since I had an extremely high rate of closing. Since then, I have kept with residential sales in Luxury and main residential, in the Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Arcadia, areas. I received my license to sell Manufactured Homes from the Department of Fire and Building Safety this year 2014 and have sold over 12 homes in 3 months. Just another notch to add to the belt for knowledge and experience. I love my job and really love the people I work with on each and every sale. I am here to help assist everyone to make their selling/purchasing stress free and for their experience to be memorable!
