About Julie

I call myself a Realtor nerd. I thrive on acquiring and sharing knowledge in Real Estate and the North and East Valley markets with our clients. But, I balance that with my passion for Art and Travel. Left-Brain meets Right-Brain. As your Realtor, you will find I'm a stickler about detail and service. And I take a creative approach to finding solutions. Buying/Selling a Home is an exciting time. And it's good to bring our sense of humor along the way. I am a lifelong learner boosting my Real Estate knowledge through continuing education, and have earned my GRI, ABR and e-PRO designations. These all help me be a better resource to my clients and allow me to support our Buyers as their advocate, better market our Sellers' listings through technology and electronic media, and stay on top of the latest issues including risk management, negotiation, finance, market analysis and ethics. I work by referral, which means we strive to satisfy our clients before, during and after their home transaction, so that we can earn the referrals of their friends and family. Reach out to me today, and let me know more about YOU and YOUR Real Estate goals.
