I live, work and play in and around the North Valley of AZ. I am a Washington State native, I also sold RE there for 11 years. I moved to Arizona because I needed a bit more sunshine, it has turned out to be an extremely rewarding experience. While I love this beautiful state, I do miss the tall Evergreens and abundance of lakes and rivers BUT the daily sunshine is irreplaceable. Arizona I thank you!
