Working in the Arizona real estate market for over 25 years gives me the experience and connections needed to make the process smooth and seamless. 95% of my business is referral based with a blended mix of clients from First Time Homebuyers, Investors, Relocation Clients, Move-up buyers and Down Sizing sellers, including the Luxury market. My BS degree is in Business, Real Estate from ASU, where I have also had the opporutnity to teach in the Real Estate Department. Designations include: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - among the top 4% in the nation), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) and CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator).
