Let me introduce myself, I was born and raised in Southern California with both my parents and one sister. I married my 1st Love, my husband and have been married for 39 years and counting 😊 We moved to Phoenix Arizona in the summer of 1993 and have settled in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale areas, we have 3 Amazing adult children all married, we have three grandchildren and another on the way😊. We have a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier & one Maine Coon Kitty. My Christian Faith is very important to me, I believe that God has truly Blessed me and my Family, I honor Him in the way I live my life and do my business. My experience with in the real estate business did not start as a real estate agent, from 2006 - 2009 I worked part time at Realty Executives Relocation in Phoenix gathering data from incoming corporate clients and their families moving to Arizona. During the real estate crash. I worked full time in a multi medical practice assisting the office manager as well as staff & customer service. I worked at The Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS, I managed the retail store selling items to agents to assist them with there real estate business, new incoming or returning agents, real estate school scheduling incoming students and instructors. Having the experiences in the “background” of real estate, I learned continued education is Invaluable as a real estate professional. I have my GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute Designation, within this training for this designation I learned about diverse topics such as business development, cultural diversity, risk management, staying on top of the current technology and experiences from seasoned real estate professionals. I have my SRES Designation “Senior Real Estate Specialist”, with this designation I am prepared to assist the needs of maturing clients when Selling, Buying or Relocating as well as information for them to make life-changing decisions. I am PSA Certified “Pricing Strategy Advisor” I learned skills in Pricing Properties, Comparable Market Analysis and working with Appraisers to provide my Clients with the best information when pricing a home to list for sale or the best price for purchasing a home.
