About Marie

During the last eight years, I have created a successful residential real estate practice and real estate team. Together, my team and I have transitioned from long time careers in healthcare to real estate careers that care about our buyers and sellers. We bring many core skills we learned previously, like relationship building, technology, negotiating skills, and the desire for life long learning. One of the things we like so much about real estate is that we need to continuously educate ourselves to stay on top of market conditions and real estate trends. This helps us serve our clients best interests. We believe the key to serve our clients is to understand their needs, to listen to them, to be patient, to work hard to achieve their goals and to be open and honest with them. We believe also in community service and volunteering for neighborhood improvements. We feel an obligation to make our community a little better place to live. We serve all of metropolitan Phoenix, with an emphasis on Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Chandler and Gilbert. We love working with first time buyers, investors, second home buyers, and also luxury home buyers. We have had great success in selling properties in these areas and usually sell them way ahead of market predictions. We love to have fun while we are doing business, to brighten our clients' day when we are with them, and hope they enjoy the time with us.
