About Maureen

Maureen is an Arizona native with lifelong residency in the Phoenix area. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 1987. Following graduation, she joined a national retail corporation where she managed multi-million dollar accounts. Five years later, Maureen became a licensed realtor in 1992 and has been growing her business by developing lasting relationships with her clients, resulting in virtually all of her business coming by referral. Maureen™s heart lies with her family and extended family. She and her husband Greg have four boys who all reside in the valley. When she is not spending time with her family or working, Maureen enjoys cooking and entertaining with friends, listening to music, reading, crocheting, running and easy hiking. Maureen also loves her dogs who are named Jackie & Claire. Having refined her business communications skills, Maureen officially began her real estate career in 1992. Maureen has received numerous awards for overall sales production. Designations: GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), AHWD (At Home With Diversity) MSSC (Master Short Sale Consultant), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist, CRS (Council of Residential Specialist) and being a small group leader for her mentoring program with Brian Buffini & Company. Maureen™s primary philosophy is to treat each client as she would want to be treated. Her core values include integrity, trust, discipline and openness in communication. Maureen is dedicated to fully understanding and then meeting or exceeding her clients™ expectations. Maureen is also committed to self improvement and developing leadership skills that benefit her clients. Her membership and small-group leadership within the Brian Buffini program provides accountability through ongoing mentoring and participation in skill building activities. She has been part of this program since 1999. Referrals:The majority of Maureen™s real estate business comes from referrals from past clients. She concentrates on building relationships with her clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring their long term satisfaction.
