Mequell's love of Real Estate began growing up in a real estate household. Her father was a top producing agent and a member of the Million Dollar Club. From a very young age Mequell would accompany him weekly to preview properties and drive neighborhoods.  She has helped many clients close complicated short sale transactions as well as the traditional selling of lots and homes. She has gained valuable experience working with banks and learning how to successfully close transactions in difficult market conditions.  Having a husband that is a real estate attorney is a valuable resource in her Real Estate Career.  Because of her unique experience Mequell has the expertise to help with any aspect of the real estate transaction no matter how complicated the circumstances. Today Mequell works with sellers to maximize the price of their home and with buyers to search and find their dream home.
