About Michael

I moved to Ahwatukee in 1980. By 1981, I realized our community was experiencing quite a few burglaries and thefts. I started Ahwatukee Security in 1982 as the crime prevention service for this area. I had high profile cars with uniformed officers patrolling the neighborhoods 24 hours a day, as well as a vacation watch service. Soon after that, we started to provide security officers for apartments and businesses in the area. We also moved into the alarm business. This became a big turning point for us. We very quickly had clients using our alarm monitoring service because when their alarm system sounded, we responded our officers to their home or business. We quickly became the largest Alarm Company in the area. By placing customer service my number 1 priority, Ahwatukee Security grew to 65 employees serving homes and businesses throughout the state and even as far away as Wyoming. After I received my Realtors license, I worked for a local Real Estate company. I helped distressed people find rentals because they were losing their homes. I have always enjoyed the reputation of providing excellent customer service. My clients at Ahwatukee Security, stayed clients for over 25 years often referring their friends and relatives. I bring that same commitment to customer service with me at Realty Executives.
