About Michelle

Many of you have known me as your mortgage professional for over 21 years, but, as you might know, I made some exciting changes in my long real estate career and I am proudly a full time Real Estate Agent. I work with Property Management Real Estate with a focus on representing buyers and sellers. I have thorough knowledge and have successfully closed many types of buyer/seller transactions including traditional sales, short sales, foreclosures in all corners of the Phoenix metropolitan area. While in the mortgage industry, I earned my great reputation through hard work, industry knowledge, attention to details and caring for my clients. This same drive, knowledge and focus on customer service is being utilized in my career as a Realtor. Thirty five + years in the real estate business has given me a deep understanding of all facets and workings of the real estate machine...from lending origination, loan processing, underwriting, government regulations, title, escrow, appraisals, purchase contracts, home inspections and the complicated dynamics of our current housing market. I am "armed" with extensive knowledge and experience and consider myself a great asset to my clients with my strong background in the mortgage industry and my customer driven real estate agent knowledge. More importantly, I listen to my clients and focus on understanding their needs. This is what drives my success.
