About Nadine

I’m Nadine Higgins, a Scottsdale-based REALTOR® and Certified Relocation Specialist with more than 30 years of real estate experience. Relocation is especially close to my heart because I’ve done quite a bit of it myself! I grew up in Northern California, spent time in Southern California and several other parts of the country, and lived in the Chicago area for 28 years before making the move to Arizona nearly 10 years ago. I’m also a former flight attendant, so travel has always been a big part of my life. Chances are, I’ve either lived in or spent time near the area many of those I have worked with are relocating from. I truly understand what it feels like to pack everything up and start somewhere new. Since making Arizona home, I’ve helped many families make their own move to the Valley, and I absolutely love helping people get to know the different communities and find the place that feels right for them. I live in Scottsdale, but I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. I’ve always believed real estate is about so much more than buying or selling a house. It’s about listening, being available, answering questions, and helping my clients feel comfortable every step of the way. I want the process to feel exciting, not overwhelming. On a personal note, I’m a mom to two grown sons and two very loved fur babies. Arizona is home for me, and I love being able to help other people make it home too.
