About Paul

My family moved to the Phoenix area in 2010. My daughter was going to ASU and I hated getting on the plane to go back to Montana, leaving 70 and 80 deg temps to go back to sub-zero and snow! There's nothing quite like loading your golf clubs in a snow covered truck to make you think maybe Arizona isn't too bad. My journey in Real Estate, in the Phoenix area started in 2011. If you remember the market was quite different then. I had quite a few people ask me if I could refer an agent. I had been a licensed agent in Seattle prior to moving back to Montana where I was raised, so I knew I could do it better than the agents I had hired. The rest is history. In my first year as a Realtor, thanks to all my clients, I won the Rookie of the Year award for our office. Since then, again thanks to the great people who have trusted me to help with their real estate needs as well as their friends and relatives who they have referred to me, I have continue to grow and have reached the Top 5% of agents with HomeSmart. My clients, most of whom turn into friends, comment about the great lengths I go in order to help the process before, during, and after the close of escrow . It is my goal to make sure every transaction goes as smooth and stress free as possible. I hope to hear from you soon.
