I have been involved in the real estate industry since arriving in Arizona in 2011. During that time I have worked with investor's in securing properties for positive cash flow and long term investments. I have also remodeled home's for myself, my clients and other investors here is the valley. This personal involvement as a investor and contractor gives me a valuable insight to what specific properties work for investors and for a individuals who are buying homes for their personal use.  Throughout my career I have been involved in business development, developing and leading teams. This has given me the understanding of helping people achieve what they want and what they are looking for. My expertise comes from uncovering what people wants and needs, finding that property and having the ability to oversee the process to closing.
