Hello My name is Ricardo Llamas and I wanted to briefly share with you a little about me. I was involved right out of High school into the transportation industry where I learned sales and as I grew I realized I didn't feel content with myself and my duties until I purchased my first home and understood how this real estate transaction made me feel and I just knew this is the help I wanted to give to others in this type of need. Since I have been in real estate I have had the great opportunity to help families buy there first home, and above all that is the greatest feeling and moment.... I have worked with sellers, traditionally and in short sales, public auctions and also with investors in state and out of state. I recognize that trust, that fiduciary duty is earned by listening and by being dependable, patient, and knowledgeable and treating my clients with the respect they so much deserve.
