About Rocky

Rocky Mix is a top-performing commercial and residential REALTOR® with eXp Realty in Surprise, Arizona, the go-to expert for families and investors relocating from anywhere—across the U.S., Canada, or beyond. He delivers personalized, stress-free moves with deep knowledge of local markets, schools, lifestyle, and investment opportunities. A passionate mentor and trainer, Rocky actively coaches agents through one-on-one sessions, virtual workshops, and team strategy calls—teaching modern sales, tech tools, ethical practices, and hyper-local growth. His forward-thinking approach includes being one of the first in Canada to close a 100% cryptocurrency home sale, a breakthrough he now teaches to prepare agents for the future of real estate. Deeply rooted in Surprise, Rocky serves as a board member of his own HOA, leading community initiatives, organizing events, and driving improvements that make the area better for everyone. His local involvement isn’t just talk—he lives it, knows it, and uses it to give clients and agents a true insider edge. Before real estate, Rocky spent over a decade in corporate leadership at Shaw Communications and grew up in Western Canada’s hockey world as a player, coach, and broadcaster—skills in team-building and communication that now power his training programs. Rocky earned Rookie of the Year (Canada), Hustlers Club, and Masters Club honors. Married with one son (who has autism) and two daughters (dance & cheer stars), he brings heart, hustle, and real-life balance to every deal. Also licensed and active in Alberta, Rocky serves commercial and residential clients across both markets. Rocky Mix — The Name You’ll Remember. The Expert You’ll Trust.
