About Russ

My name is Russ Dehlinger, I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I grew up in Central Phoenix and graduated from Camelback High School. After high school I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University and began a 14 year career in the Hospitality Industry. During my 14 years in hospitality I held a variety of positions which helped to develop the excellent customer service, negotiating and problem solving skills that I utilize in today’s competitive real estate market. In 2004 I became a licensed Real Estate Professional and found a new passion in life, helping others realize their dream of home ownership. My focus is residential real estate in Phoenix and the West Valley. My goal in working as your REALTOR® is quite simple. It is to help get YOU the best deal, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience. Below are the 4 key objectives I use in order to accomplish that goal. 1.
