I sell real estate in the Phoenix area, and have since 2007. Most of my work falls into one of three situations. Someone selling a home in Phoenix Metro or Pinal County who wants it handled properly. Someone moving to the Valley and trying to work out which part of it fits. Or someone who owns a property that has turned into a problem, including short sales and pre-foreclosure. That last one is the part a lot of agents avoid. I do not. When a seller is underwater or behind on payments, I know how the lender side of a short sale actually works, and I will tell you honestly whether it is your best option. I also work with first time buyers, move up sellers, new construction, luxury homes, investment property, and 1031 exchanges. You work directly with me from start to finish. No handoffs to a junior team member once the paperwork is signed. Clear advice, straight answers, and strong negotiation so you can make a confident decision.
