About Sammy
Hi everyone, I'm getting back into the industry after venturing off in fixing-up, renting-out and flipping. In each scenario, I was either the realtor, the landlord or the remodeler. You can imagine how much I learned during this time! I first got licensed immediately after obtaining my bachelor's from ASU. I sold homes throughout my 20s learning new builds, investment properties and short sales. All this is what made me want to venture off on my own, which I did. I loved the good, hated the bad and experienced the ugly! Now that I've got my feet wet, I can offer a better service!
