About Steven
You’ve heard the phrase “tall drink of water?” That’s Steven Mertz. He’s tall, he drinks his water, and he always brings you refreshing cool water, because he genuinely wants to help make your day that much better. Born & raised in Phoenix’s central-corridor, this NAU college grad retired his insurance-claims career to pursue his dream-career of real estate. His first home buying experience changed his life. His agent went above & beyond for him & his wife, & Steven knew thereafter that he wanted to create a rewarding career helping families all over AZ. Firm, fair, and always friendly, he works with you through it all, every step of the way, to where before you know it, you’ll find peace of mind & confidence in your real estate experience together; the confidence to also ‘walk tall & your head held high’ moving-in to your new home. When Steven isn’t serving his clients or collaborating with his team members, you may find him outdoors hiking with his wonderful wife Hannah. When they’re not out on adventures, this crafty D.I.Y couple are always up to the next new home-improvement project together, learning, laughing, & living each day to the fullest.
