Areas of knowledge and expertise include many facets of the Real Estate Industry. Prior to my working as a Resale Agent, I worked for a number of builders throughout the Valley. I not only understand the buying and selling process, but also understand the construction of homes from start to finish. I also have knowledge of the Title & Escrow Business and the Mortgage Industry, having worked in both fields. I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and certified by the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) as a Trainer. Having grown up in the "Valley of the Sun", I enjoy all it has to offer. I'm a graduate of Arizona State University, with a Master's Degree in Education, and serviced the community as an Educator prior to becoming a Realtor. When not working with valued clients, I enjoy many outdoor activities; such as, running, golf and travel.
